Christmas Delivery Information
The last day for guaranteed UK delivery before Christmas is Friday 19th December before 1pm using our Tracked 24 delivery service.
We are closed from Monday 22nd December to Monday 5th January. Any orders placed between these dates will be sent out week commencing Monday 5th January.

Our Promise: Most orders are packed and despatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Guaranteed next day and Saturday delivery is also available.
FREE DELIVERY Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 day delivery from dispatch) - for product order values of £65 and over
Royal Mail TRACKED 24 - takes approx 1-2 days from dispatch - £5.95 If we receive your order after 1pm the earliest it will be despatched is the following day. (Monday to Friday)
Royal Mail TRACKED 48 - takes approx 2-3 days from dispatch - £3.95 If we receive your order after 1pm the earliest it will be despatched is the following day. (Monday to Friday)
GUARANTEED NEXT DAY (Mon-Sat) DELIVERY (tracked and signed) - for orders received before 1pm weekdays - £8.95.

Returns
If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you can return it at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them. Please contact us at info@thebumpcompany.co.uk or call us on 01489 788180 to let us know that you will be returning your order. Please return your goods in the same condition you received them with all the tags still attached. Please let us know the reason for your return as your feedback is very important to us. Post your item to The Bump Company, The Studio, Drummond Road, Hedge End, Southampton SO30 2AD.
Please note that we can't refund return postage unless the item is faulty in which case we will offer you a full refund. Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You may wish to send the items recorded delivery and please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover as standard postal services only include compensation for items up to £36 in value. You will receive your refund within 30 days of contacting us.
Substitutions
We always endeavour to send gifts exactly as per the product description but from time to time we may have to replace items with alternatives. We promise to always replace a gift with a product of equal or greater value.
Gift packaging
To save you time, or if you would like us to send the gift direct to the recipient we offer a gift wrapping service for a fee of £3.95. This includes tissue paper, gift wrap or gift bag (as appropriate) and ribbon. We will also include a message on one of our chic bump company gift cards (please make sure to add your message at the checkout).
Also, don’t forget we can send the gift direct to the recipient so if you can’t be there in person, we can make sure your gift is.
