If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you can return it at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them. Please contact us at email@example.com or call us on 01489 788180 to let us know that you will be returning your order. Please return your goods in the same condition you received them with all the tags still attached. Please let us know the reason for your return as your feedback is very important to us. Post your item to The Bump Company, The Studio, Drummond Road, Hedge End, Southampton SO30 2AD.
Please note that we can't refund return postage unless the item is faulty in which case we will offer you a full refund. Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You may wish to send the items recorded delivery and please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover as standard postal services only include compensation for items up to £36 in value. You will receive your refund within 30 days of contacting us.
We always endeavour to send gifts exactly as per the product description but from time to time we may have to replace items with alternatives. We promise to always replace a gift with a product of equal or greater value.
To save you time, or if you would like us to send the gift direct to the recipient we offer a gift wrapping service for a fee of £3.95. This includes tissue paper, gift wrap or gift bag (as appropriate) and ribbon. We will also include a message on one of our chic bump company gift cards (please make sure to add your message at the checkout).
Also, don’t forget we can send the gift direct to the recipient so if you can’t be there in person, we can make sure your gift is.
